AEP meteorologists are monitoring a broken line of severe thunderstorms that are expected to reach Ohio this afternoon, becoming more scattered as they move east into the evening. Damaging winds with gusts up to 60-70 mph are likely and tornadoes are possible. Another round of severe storms is possible again on Thursday. We encourage customers to check their local forecast for the latest updates on timing and intensity.
