Frank Strigari

Frank Strigari is vice president, External Affairs for AEP Ohio.
Strigari joined AEP Ohio after serving as attorney and president of government affairs at Zaino Hall & Farrin in Columbus, Ohio. Before that role, Strigari was the longest-serving Chief Legal Counsel in the Ohio Senate’s 220-year history.
During his 11-year tenure, Strigari served as primary counselor to then-Senate President Matt Huffman, now Speaker of the Ohio House of Representatives. Before serving as Chief Legal Counsel for the Ohio Senate, Strigari served as assistant legal counsel to Gov. John Kasich and as assistant legal counsel to Auditor of State Mary Taylor. He also practiced for several years in the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.
Strigari holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Computer Information Systems from Indiana University and a juris doctor from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
